The room had a comfortable bed, but the carpets were worn and stained.

The location was convenient for visiting
Boston, as we could easily reach the metro. However, the cleaning services were lacking, and there were some dust bunnies in the corners. Overall, a decent place for a short stay.

I stayed in a One-Bedroom Queen Suite for 3 nights. The room was pretty spacious, which was nice. The bed was super comfy and the sheets felt fresh. Plenty of spots to stash my stuff, so it didn’t get cluttered. The kitchen was a big bonus for making snacks. I did have to deal with the trash myself since they don't clean often, but that wasn't a huge deal for me.

nice stay but minor upgrades needed
The staff here are friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. The small kitchen setup is quite functional, making meal prep during my stay easy.
The location is pleasant but could use more entertainment options nearby.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with accessible rooms and friendly staff. The full kitchenette was incredibly useful, allowing me to prepare my own meals. I felt right at home in the comfortable, spacious Studio Queen Suite.
Housekeeping service could be more frequent for seniors.

missingWrote a review on Sept 05pleasant surpriseample parkinghidden locationpest problemsstaff demeanor concerns
The stay included a clean, spacious suite which was a pleasant surprise, especially after being upgraded. Parking was ample, and there were freshly baked cookies available, adding a nice touch. However, the hotel was hard to find, tucked away behind other buildings, and had issues with cleanliness, as one family reported cockroaches. The front desk staff's demeanor also raised concerns during my visit.

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel with our large family, including four babies. The suite was spacious and comfy, allowing us to relax while juggling the needs of little ones. The kitchen was particularly useful for preparing meals and snacks. The staff was great in helping us settle in, even bringing an extra crib when we needed it.
In my wife’s opinion, the elevator situation could use improvement, as it often malfunctioned, making it hard with all our baby gear.

If it's local eats you're after, grab a slice at Pizzeria Presti—pure Italian bliss right around the corner! Plus, the comfy beds and friendly service make this place feel like home. Can't beat that!
That said, the vibe felt a bit off. Trash outside rooms, weird elevator noises, and a few cleanliness hiccups made it feel less like a hotel and more like a long-stay spot. Yikes!

missingWrote a review on Jul 19comfy bedsfully equipped kitchencleanliness issue
Had a fantastic group trip with friends! We loved the comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to enjoy meals together. Plus, we visited some awesome places like the Boston Tea Party Ships and Museum and took a fun day trip to Salem, which were highlights of our trip. Definitely a great place for groups!
The only downside was the cleanliness of certain areas. We had an issue with the AC unit which seemed in bad condition. It was a bit surprising given the overall positive vibe.
